Bobby Kirby has been a local business owner of Hoover & Son Insurance and Kirby Real Estate Co. for over 15 years. Alderman Kirby is a graduate of the University of TN with a B.S. in Business Administration and majored in Finance. Alderman Kirby is an active developer of both residential and commercial real estate. He is married and has three children and attends the St. Matthews Episcapal Church.
