Alderman Cochran holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum College and Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Professional career spent in the field of human resources for over 20 years.

She is originally from East Tennessee and has been proud to call McMinnville home since 1993 along with her husband Chris and children; Blake and Cameron.
